A New Chapter in Spain

MAi Land & Developments is a new venture focused on building high-quality detached villas in one of Spain's most promising regions. The project centres on nine plots of land, already acquired outright and with full planning permission in place.

Members of the MAi Group have lived in southern Spain for nearly 15 years, raising bilingual families and building deep roots in the local community. The Location

The development sits in a region known for affordable living, outdoor lifestyle, and year-round sunshine (around 320 days on average). Beaches are less than 20 minutes away, and the Sierra Nevada ski slopes are within reach for a day trip.

Transport links are set to improve significantly, with a new high-speed rail terminal planned for 2028 that will connect the area to Madrid and Barcelona. Three airports are also within easy reach, making travel to and from the UK straightforward.
