Alan Ager

 Chief Executive 

Being the Chief Executive, Alan takes joint responsibility with Richard for the technical side of the business, including all of our design and build projects. He also takes the lead role in the financial running of the business. He has over 25 years’ experience, having progressed through the electrical industry beginning as an apprentice. Over the years, Alan has built strong relationships with his clients, resulting in repetitive business.

Richard Carter

 Director

Richard joined MAi Group Ltd as a company director in 2011 after having owned his own electrical business prior to joining MAi. He has over 30 years’ experience within the electrical industry, and is a fully qualified approved electrician who is the companies Qualifying Supervisor for the NICEIC. Day to day Richard is responsible for quoting and managing our projects. With his technical knowledge and expertise, we’re yet to come across a problem onsite he cannot solve!

Stephen Mace

Building Services

Stephen joined MAi Group in 2015 to head up the building division, with over 30 years’ experience within the building and property industry. His career began when he completed his City & Guilds apprenticeship qualification in bricklaying, which then led into different areas of the building industry.

Stephen is also head of business development ensuring the business continues to grow, and focuses mainly on building new working relationships.

Gary Varah

Senior Project Co-ordinator

Gary joined MAI Group Ltd in 2009 as a project administrator, working his way up to the role as senior project coordinator. Over the years Gary attended college to complete his City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechology 2330 to gain invaluable experience and knowledge. Gary is responsible for the running of the projects to achieve the set goals and objectives on time. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, CAD plans and reports, assisting the management team with quoting future projects.
